| Why do I need uniforms? |
|
| |
For thousands of years, people have wanted to have a sense of identity apart from others and a strong feeling of belonging to their society. Therefore, people around the world have used things such as flags and uniforms to identify themselves with their societies. Uniforms are one of the most popular ways to do this.
Wearing uniforms has many advantages for staff who wear them. They don't need to buy a lot of elegant clothes or worry about what they wear to work everyday. Also, uniforms are more comfortable for them. Another advantage is that the cus tomers can easily identify them.
First Impressions
Whether we like it or not in business first impressions are extremely important and often the most lasting. During the first contact a client has with your business they are assessing all aspects of your company including the product & service along with the appearance of your working environment and employees. Today, business is highly competitive in all industries and it is essential that your company makes every first impression a positive one.
The advantages of a uniform
There are many reasons why your company and employees will benefit from a stylist uniform designed by Uniforme. The most important is that when your staff are making contact with your clients. They need to look and feel smart and stylish. Other other reasons are:
A Cohesive Company Image
Having employees dressed in a smart uniform gives the company a co-ordinated image. This is particularly for front line staff, as it allowed customers to easily identify your employees, this will in turn identify the level of service provided.
Economical advantage
Employees receive the benefit of being able to save valuable money on their working wardrobe. (purchase and laundering) Having a uniform will minimise wear and tear on employees "street clothes". The time lost every morning in deciding what to wear is now saved.
Employee Satisfaction
Statistics show that employees who wear a smart uniform more readily identify themselves with the company they work for and feel like they are truly a part of the team. They also are more interested in the companys profile and how the company is regarded by the public at large. This leads to higher job satisfaction and lower employee turnover |

| Why do the colors on the color chart appear different than the uniforms I have? |
|
| |
Color charts appear different depending on your browser and screen resolution. The shade of a color may be slightly darker or lighter than reality. Choose your colors carefully and email us if you have questions. |
|
| What size UNIFORME should I order? |
|
| |
We have all the garments (Jacket, trousers, skirt, wasicoats)in all sizes to let your staff try on them to measure exactly the uniforms they will wear.We can do adjustments according to our measurement set.Consult the uniforme size chart for best results. |
|
| How many should I buy? |
|
| |
The industry recommends the purchase of 20%-25% more
uniforms than the number of staff you plan to outfit.
If you are trying to put 60 staff in uniform, you should
purchase 75 uniforms. These additional uniforms are
necessary to provide stock sizes that allow for fitting your
organization in the future.
Your decision on quantity should also be based on your
projections of future needs. If you currently have 40 employees
in your performing organization but you can project 60
employees in two years, base your purchase on 60 + 25%,
or 75 uniforms, due to cost factors discussed earlier.
It is less expensive to buy the additional suits now than it
will be after price increases and the loss of your quantity
discount. |
